HITTING OFF THE BACK FOOT IS ROBBING YOU OF POWER. WALK THROUGH THAT SHOT AND LET THE FORCE BE WITH YOU.

LET THE FORCE BE WITH YOU
FORT PIERCE, Florida - Many golfers are aware that coming through the ball is an important part of creating power in the golf swing. What comes natural to us, however, is the tendency to hang back and hit off the back foot. The reason for this is that it's difficult to maintain balance after making a hard golf swing. My OVER THE TOP GOLF® swing method incorporates five set-up changes into your existing golf swing, one of which is a walk through move. By itself, such a motion isn't worth much except for when a golfer needs to propel his or her club head through a deep lie in very thick grass. As a cohesive part of the five set-up changes I mentioned though, the walk through not only creates torque on it's own, it solves the balance problem altogether.

A SIMPLE GOLF SWING IS THE BEST GOLF SWING

The PGA-style of teaching is, admittedly, uncomfortable and difficult to master. It is for that reason that golfers require so many golf lessons before becoming adequate enough players to take their swings to the golf course. I have been surprised at how beginners seem to adapt to the OVER THE TOP GOLF® swing method more readily than more experienced, low handicap players. A famous line from the movie Star Wars sums it up nicely. "Let the force be with you." In the context of swinging a golf club, one must lose many of the cumbersome things they've been taught in order to allow the innate to take over. While I don't recommend that you blindfold yourself as Luke Skywalker had to do in the movie in order to find his inner strength, the concept is basically the same. Lose the inhibitions that are part of your conventional golf swing and, as the British say, "have at it." The equation is this: The PGA-style golf swing method = difficult. The OVER THE TOP GOLF® swing method = simple. Trust me as Luke Skywalker trusted Obi Wan Kenobi. The results will speak for themselves.
